PEONY – passion

the meanings that we easily find on the web about peony speak about prosperity

It’s true, for God’s sake ^_^

Peony is a flower full of petals that speak of
abundance

lots of petals, lots of things

a lot of prosperity

lots of love cause peony is mainly pink or red and so it’s linked to romantic feelings

Lots of love, yes, of course,

but…….

but but but but but but but ^_^

these several petals are also very messy, jagged, large and small and without order and they steal each other’s place, one hides the other, they intertwine or bend and stand back to back

in short, “the course of true love never did run smooth” as Shakespeare said

peony speaks of abundance and prosperity, but it is also a flower that speaks of the truth of things, of how they are always messed up

it speaks of strong feelings

it speaks of a crackling passion

and not necessarily it needs to be used to talk about the love between man and woman (or between human beings) but it can also be the love we feel for drawing, for photography, for cooking…
an intense feeling, difficult to manage, and an abundant feeling so abundant that is difficult to manage ^_^

Also Mr. Rock (Joseph Rock) “the flower hunter” knew it well. Him, who had a thing for Peonies and that for Peonies visited the Chinese jungles and the whole world

to find them, discover them and support them and bring their unbridled beauty out of the jungles, within reach of the general public

under the eyes of the Emperors

to make the whole world fall in love with them

with love, but always irriverent
