ORCHID – small attentions
ORCHID is one of the most eccentric and fascinating plants in the plant kingdom
but one of the hardest to survive
to blossom
and…who the hell knows anything about it?!?!?
she loves light, but non direct light
she loves water, but vaporized in the environment
she loves hot, but not too much
what about cold? For God’s sake, no!
and soil? mmmmm, pretty picky, it’s not like she gets dirty like all the others
and blooming? yes, but only when she wants, maybe winter, she likes to show off
and then tell me, what does she remind you?
a lady
a lady in love
the chaos of a lady in love
or maybe the chaos of a lady, period
but Orchid doesn’t speak of just a lonely woman …NO!!
nononononono
because the word “Orchid” comes from Latin: testicle
ihihihihihihihi
and I wouldn’t say that it is a symbol of femininity
the Greek legends speak of such a strong and intense love of a man to become
inopportune
to the point of being punished by the Gods and transformed into what he did not possess:
delicacy and fragility
but keeping “the balls” ^_^
the strength of his roots – of man
the symbolism of Orchid reminds us that the relationships – the true and special ones – should be treated
with delicacy and attention to the partner every day
every day a little thought, a splash of water, a polished to the leaves, a turning of expanded clay….
the bonds – the special ones – are created every day
with patience and delicacy
with a hard and unbreakable root base
and a lot of everyday thoughts give birth to beautiful flowers,
eccentric and fascinating
different from all the others
unusual and refined
that bloom even in winter
and who let themselves be looked at, admired and envied by all
with love, but always irreverent
